Accommodation - Crisis Accommodation
The core and cluster type is an innovative form of crisis accommodation, characterised by the provision of individual dwellings for each family unit. This type of accomodation allows individuals to process trauma in the privacy of their own home, and is much more supportive than traditional dormitory style crisis accommodation.
The Warnervale core & cluster project provides 12 units for women and children fleeing domestic violence, combined with the communal core facilities and a central playground and recreational outdoor space.
