This project saw the installation of a new (second) lift and the renovation of living and dining spaces, and the reception area, of the Doutta Galla Old Geelong Road Facility in Footscray. The project was delivered during COVID and the construction team faced and overcame a number of challenges with infection control and the management of the works and the teams on site. The project was successfully delivered without any infection breakout events.
