National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) projects provide essential, adaptable and accessible housing solutions for recipients of the scheme. BCBA Studio has recently been expanding its work in this sector, including the project on this page for a site in Adelaide, SA.

NDIS projects are about compliance, fundamentally, but also about making homes for people that are more than the sum of their compliant parts. We focus beyond compliance on the creation of attractive, usable and accommodation homes for people who happen to have special needs.

Core & Clusters

    Warrawong Core & Cluster

    The Warrawong Core & Cluster is a smaller settlement, containing ten dwellings arranged around a central playground and landscape. The facility is replacing an ageing crisis accommodation building, and represents a much better, and more contemporary, approach to DFV crisis facilities.

    Wyong Core & Cluster

    The Wyong Core & Cluster is combined with a Youth Foyer, in a multi-level building within short walking distance from the train station. This innovative building will make a real difference to the community of Wyong.
