This education campus masterplan, for Aquinas Catholic College in Queensland, projected out to a 20-year horizon considering the creation of new facilities integrated with the existing building stock. The project was completed with significant consultation of the Parents and Friend’s Association of the College, the Principal and key College leadership team members. Strategic acquisition and leasing of nearby land was carefully assessed and planned for a student’s carpark, and the College will see an increased capacity to accommodate learning as a direct result of the plan.
