We have worked with Alphington Primary School since 2019, throughout COVID times, to modernise and expand the school’s enrolment capacity. A favourable tender saw stages 1 and 2 concurrently executed, and the result is a great outcome for the School.
The careful use of material and colour has resulted in a harmonious suite of buildings, including a new 3-level learning building and a competition-grade gymnasium. The highly constrained site posed challenges, and the end result has seen no net loss of outdoor play space despite increased enrolment capacity.
